I suspect you'll get better information on this question at your local library than from random people answering you on the internet.
In any case, AFAIK your height is determined by your genes and you diet. You can't change your genes, but to give you the best chance, have a healthy diet, high in fibre, complex carbohydrates, protein, calcium and other vitamins/minerals, and low in sugars and fats.
At 18, however, chances are you've reached your maximum. But like I said, your local library or school library will probably have some good books on adolescence and growth that should give you more reliable information.

Sorry for this but 18 may be the time u stop growing. However try eating foods with protein in them like beans and red meats it will aid your growth
nothing can make u taller. u'll get taller when u get older though.
