Cottage Cheese Diet? You eat all the nonfat cottage cheese you want dand lose we!

Question: Yeah you'll lose weight because all you're putting in your body is cottage cheese. But once you stop the diet and consume carbs, fats, and other food, you'll gain all of that weight back plus some.

Dieting is all about proportions!! Eat small servings, and eat about 5 small meals a day. It keeps your metabolism up and burns fat off easier. Don't do that stupid diet.. the outcomes are not good.

if this is all you eat...then yes you will loose weight but guess what

you are going to gain it ALLLLL back and then some extra pounds...so yuor gonna end up heavier than you began with.

I suggest a balanced diet and 45 minutes cardio everyday building up yuor fitness level.

no...
ur not supposed too. you have a fifty/fifty chance of getting sick. i forgot wut my mom called it..., but it can cause your body to work differently.

but a better diet would be to eat Boiled eggs, lots of salad and to try your hardest to get through 30 minutes of exrcize a day....

& if you like sandwiches or pizza..., too bad b/c u have to stay away from bread. If you eat anyttipe....eat whole wheat....

but dont do the cottage cheese diet..

Nothing beats healthy eating.

Cottage cheese is good for you but not to the excess. Try balancing your meals 70% protein 30% carbs. Eat your proteins from lean sources (Chicken, fish, boiled eggs, lean beef with all the fat drained off) and beans (lentil, lima, chile or any type of bean) For your carbs stay away from breads and rice. They do provide energry but they are high in calories. Choose leafy vegatables, carrots, raisins, broccoli and fresh fruits.
The cottage cheese diet, grapefruit, and cream cheese icing diet may show results in the begining but they do not show lasting results.

Make a life style change that includes exercise and six small meals per day. Drink water not empty calorie soda.

Nothing beats healthy eating. Good Luck
