How to stick wight loss?!


Question: I took 2 months weight loss program.1 month i did it with determination.i lost 3 and half kg.but afterwords now i feel lazy to go to gym.i love exercise.but i could not get up early,this makes me sad.i again started eating sweets,and that guily feeling is sad.i tried hard to stick to diet but still have some doubt about it

you must be determined this is what i do
I have lost 30 pounds in the last 4 months
believe me i hate walking and exerciseing somtimes
But i can't go back to the old me i have worked to hard to control my self
It is all self disipine just tell your self how you felt when you worked out how good you look and freash you feel
when you start the sweet eatting again you know it will lead to weight gain.and this will make you get depressed
tell your self that you are worth it and get out there again

You probably lost too much weight too fast, and are feeling lethargic due to too strict a diet. Try eating healthy food and getting an hour of exercise a day, and make that a permanent way of living. Also, eating too much sugar makes you hungrier and more lethargic because it causes your blood sugar to fluctuate too much. Some people also become insulin resistant if they eat too many sweets and processed carbs. Try eating more protein, limit processed carbs and sweets - you might have enough energy to go to the gym if you do that.

find someone who can work out with you. sometimes itz boring to work out alone. but hey don't quit, don't quit. your killing yourself by staying home eating chicken and burritos. think itz your system, go and work out. the first thing itz... wake up early without thinking(it makes you lazy) go join a gym, every day, every day 1 to 3 hours a day. in 3 to 4 months you'll be different you'll be bying, new clothes, buying new bikinis, you won't feel bad of taking it off and showing it off on youtube, people will see ya different. oh damn he/she is hot. and the most important thing..... you will have more chances on getting laid every motha ******* week. step by step you will be what you want to be..... but remember something.... the choice itz yours..... the choice itz not in asking people what the **** do i do.... i'm a lazy *****?
