Question: I eat around 700 calories everyday, I know thats not alot but lets just leave it there. If I usually go walking for 1 hour everyday and burn 360 calories so my question is: will I still have to burn the other 340 calories that I have eaten?

If you only eat 700 calories a day, you shouldn't be exercising at all. Your body doesn't have the fuel it needs to sustain the stress you are putting it through. Your metabloism has most likely slowed down to a crawl, so weight loss will be very tough. You are being counterproductive, and I suspect you already know you have an eating disorder. It's up to you to get control of your life again.

No. In fact you're eating too little. You need to have some calories left over for other activities. You risk becoming malnourished. What you need to do is take about 1200 calories along with your exercise. That way you run a much smaller risk of starving yourself to death. Diet sensibly.

Eat more! Your body needs calories to work. Trying running your car on no gas... it will break down and soon so will you.
