Ok....could this really work?!


Question: In the CosmoGirl! magazine I just got today it says you can do a 6 minute workout for 6 weeks and have a 6-pack! Could this really work?

The workout is:::

Something called a slow moutntain climbers which is get in a push-up postion with your hands on a surface that is like 1 foot above the ground. Then you slowly bring in your right foot than back down and repeat with your other foot. Do as many as you can in one minute.

Then something called a side plank
Get into a sidde plank so you're balanced on your left forearm and te outside edge of your left foot. You have to keep staright for 30 second than switch to your other side for another 30 seconds.

Something called a Dead Bug. You have to lay on the ground with your arms and feet pointed upward. With your abs tight lower your right arm and your left arm as close to the ground as you can without touching. Then switch arms and feet. Do as amny as you can in 1 minute.

You can get good solid Ab,s in six week,s . If you are not starting from a over weight position and include a sensible diet. But you must be dedicated and stick to it .

Physically impossible.

Soooo not going to happen you need to do soooo much more than that to get a six pack... try one of those belt things if you really want muscles

its possible...but it probably will take more than just 6 weeks...but you'll get one eventualy..I would also run...its good core...
-everyone has a diff. way there body stores fat, and in magazines they only put 6weeks cause some people can get it in 6 weeks...but not everyone can...
