Losing weight question?!


Question: I need 1,700 calories a day to lose weight I should eat 1200-1450 now I added up my meal today I ate 1,207 calories
34 fat grams 208 carbs 42 protein
If I had similar numbers everyday would i lose weight?

Probably, but the slowest way to lose weight is counting calories. If you want to lose it fast you need to count calories and burn even more. Force the body to take nutrients from the fat that you have built up. Do some kind of activity that will get you sweating, once you start to sweat, then continue doing it for another 10 or 15 minutes. Only then will the weight begin to fall off.
