If i exercise will it bring my mood up?!

exercising always makes you feel better,it helps your blood flow and helps you burn calories that make your body feel all blah. So yes it will bring your mood up

yes. exercising releases endorphins and makes you feel better. also, when you start seeing changes in your body, it plays a direct role on your self-esteem.
