I Want a Six Pack...?!

Crunches. I'm sure you have a favorite television show or something. Do sets of 20 during commercial breaks, and give yourself a 30 second break in between sets. If you aren't all that into TV, do them first thing when you wake up. If you do this every day, you will see results in about two weeks, and will probably have a solid six pack in six to eight weeks.

a 6 pack is in yur genetics. o_O

but really crunches dont do S.HIT if you have fat on top of them to get ride of the fat diet and run a lot

I suggest doing:
Leg Lifts
Accordion Crunches
They work great for me!
If you don't know what they are, Google them, they are kinda hard to explain...

oh by the way, this will strengthen your stomach muscles greatly but you also have to incorporate cardio into your exercise routine(running, swimming, jumping rope, etc.)
