if you're 18 or older go to sparkpeople.com and register. they can help you find a good meal plan and exercise plan if you want to tone up or lose weight. if you're under 18 they just came out with sparkteens.com and it's tailored different(meal/exericise plans) for teens. oh and cardio and toning exercises has worked for me in those areas.

Running and sit ups. LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER.

Run, run, run, and load up on the good stuff- eggs, fruit, protein, some whole wheat, chicken, fish, veggies, salad, low cal soups. You can do it! Abs, lunges, try www.pilatesyourway.com. There are some great videos for free that will really work you out. And you feel so relaxed and all the tenseness is gone. Good luck! You can do it!

Try pilates. It's fun and it's the best exercises for you. It especially works the core, arms and legs.
