What's the fastest way to lose weight in just a couple days??!


Question: Today is Saturday night, and I need to lose as much weight as possible by New Years Eve night. My 'boyfriend' (who has the nicest body ever) is taking me to a really nice hotel. He hasn't seen me since before the holidays (I ate a lot) and I need to lose as much weight as possible, or at least just LOOK like it somehow. I want to look as good as possible; what I've been doing hasn't been working fast enough. I don't want any answering about morals and whatnot, I don't care if it's the most drastic thing ever...I don't care WHAT it is, just SOMETHING that can help me lose as much weight as possible. I'm obviously totally desperate. Help me out!

You said no moral answers and stuff like that, so here goes. If you really want to lose the ten pounds in three days. Do crack or cocaine none stop for at least two days straight. Not recommended, but you did say no moral answers. Drink a lot of water and force yourself to puke. Don't eat anything for those three days. Take those energy/caffeine pills because you want a high metabolism that will burn calories quick. Have a lot of sex and if you don't want your boyfriend to see you yet then you might want to have it with someone else. Or if you don't want to cheat, then masturbate or dildo etc.. Now just keep in mind you said no moral answers. Normally, I would not respond like this, but you are desperate and you don't care how drastic it is. So this is what I have for you. Eat a lot of hot peppers. Allot and take stool softeners. Also try purging, its good for a day but dont over do it. Im sure your BF will like you the way you are.

Look up the ford model excercises on youtube, they have really good excercises. Mainly look at the yoga and cardio workouts.

Drink plenty of water, take plenty of diet pills, do 60 minutes of cardio each day, and eat three meals a day (9am, 3pm, 8pm). You will be dropping weight off quick.

Drink lots of water to wash out the toxins and go for brisk walks and eat sensibly the next few days
you will be fine no worries

Drink a lot of water and that will make you use the bathroom a lot and really hydrate your system and rid your body of an fluid that you may be storing.

or you could take 2 stimulant laxatives and that will make you lose a few pounds........(ive done it) =)

well dont eat a lot drink more water than needed!
for breakfast eat an apple.
lunch eat a granola bar
for dinner eat 2 fruit
do some crunches and pushups, run at least 2 laps everyday
do this until new years eve
then eat
DONT forget to Drink ALOT of WATER
NO soda, NO candy NOTHING but water, and what i told you to eat,
this work when i have to lose excess pounds!

be extremely careful in taking in fats and sweets, wear something tightening (gurdle, corset) if it'll help. google it and you'll get a list of foods that actually take more calories to eat than what they actually contain...therefore loosing calories...i know, it sounds weird...but true :). best of luck and have fun ;)

None, if you want to stay healthy short of surgery. It takes a good couple of weeks to lose wait and stay healthy and thats with continued exercise and a balanced good diet. Working out to hard hurts your body and not eating hurts your body and makes your body hold on to fat harder and eat away at your muscle. Don't worry he'll love you as you are just love the skin your in for now and all good things will follow. You could make working out your one of your New Year's resolutions and maybe get your man to join in with you to keep you dedicated and show him how strong you can be.

You definitely can loss weight in a couple of days...but those are just water and not fats.

Do a short water-only fast and walk for an hour or so a day.

donteat solid food. get onto the liquid diet. only fruits and juices. but this is too short a time to reduce weight thats visible on your body. But in the advent of loosing weight by any means dont end up in bed for new years eve else forget having a good time with your bf but you will not even be able to see him on that night. so take care and do what ever is possible.

Take a laxative but make sure you drink plenty of water so you don't get dehydrated. Not the best but it works. Just make sure it's not one that will stay active for more than a day. Good luck and I'm sure he will think you look good no matter what. Hope you have a good new year and this helps.
