Where is your common sense? First, NEVER buy ANYTHING from ANYONE in an alley. To lose that much weight in a period of 2 weeks may very well be harmful to your system. Look at it this way; you didn't put all that 57 pounds on in 2 weeks - ergo weight lost over a period of time will stay off because you change your eating habits.
