FIRST, YOUR WORKING OUT TOO OFTEN, EACH MUSCLE SHOULD BE WORKED ONCE A WEEK, BUT VERY HARD, THEN LET IT REST, IT NEEDS 3 OR 4 DAYS TO RECUPERATE FROM A WORKOUT, AND ANOTHER 3 OR 4 DAYS FOR SOME ACTUAL GROW TO TAKE PLACE. SECOND, YOU NEED TO WORKOUT HEAVIER, IN THE 4-8 REPS RANGE, SO YOU NEED MORE WEIGHT. ALSO, PUSH UPS WON'T DO ANYTHING FOR MUSCLE GROWTH, YOU NEED TO OVERLOAD THE MUSCLE FOR IT TO GROW, YOU NEED TO FORCE IT, LASTLY, LITTLE RED DOES NOT KNOW ANYTHING, PROTEIN DOES NOT TURN INTO MUSCLE, IT JUST HELP THE MUSCLE RECUPERATE AND GROW AFTER A WORKOUT, IF IT HAS BEEN OVERLOADED PROPERLY DURING THE WORKOUT. SO IT'S BETTER TO TAKE PROTEIN AFTER YOUR WORKOUT FOR RECUPERATION. Yes

You eat the protein bars before you work out, that way the protein can turn into "muscle tissue" while you workout. Granted it won't turn into muscle IMMEDIATELY, it will eventually. Everyday you should increase your workout with a little something extra.
