Possible weight loss goal?!


Question: I wanted to lose 40 pounds by summer. Currently I go to the gym 4-5 days a week, an hour each. I mostly go on the weights then on the treadmill or elliptical. I try to eat healthy, but I don't eat alot during the day. I just don't have time to eat like 5 small meals a day. Typically, with my regime, how much weight can I possibly lose in a month? I am 5'4, 175 pounds.

Increase the treadmill time just a little. Try for 30 minutes at least 3 to four times a week. Keep the pace up. Try to include those small meals, it help speed up your metabolism.

Do not look at the scale all the time, that will get you stressed and worried, just keep eating healthy and keep doing exersises and you will be thin as a stick by summer. guaranteed

Well if u r gonna lose weight not only is eating healthy importnant but eating enough is important too. So try and eat 5 -6 small meals becasue eating alot of the right stuff is a good thing.
