Flex the muscle in the top of your leg and you can see the muscle. Cleanse the area with alcohol and allow to dry. Put the needle in straight down so you are sure to reach the muscle and inject.

Assuming these were ordered by your doctor--someone at the doctor's office will/should instruct you. It is not a big deal. very simple.
