What is the normal weight for an 18 year old girl that is 5'0?!

Question: While your Body Mass Index (BMI) is not an absolute indicator of your health, you should start there by putting in your height and weight and get the BMI number. If it is below 18.5, you are underweight. Normal weight according to BMI is 18.5 to 24.9 (some people round up the numbers and just say 18-25).

Also, EVEN if you are slightly under or over weight, it does not mean you are unhealthy. Most adult should fall within those range. However, like myself, I am consistently at or around 18 because of my genetics. Muscular people has a higher BMI and obviously, they are not unhealthy, just that muscle weights more than fat. Even you are under or over the BMI by more than 2 points, then you should at least check in with your doctor for advice. Good luck.

Hope this helps.

99lb-130lb

Well, your normal weight is different because of your frame and your type of body structure. Your normal weight should range from 120 to 153 pounds

94lb-128lb, but I'd worry more about how much body fat you've got on you. You can be 100lb and all flab or 120lb and toned.
