I need help losing as much weight as I can in 3 months...HELP?!?!

Since youre vegetarian I supposed youre already eating the good stuff.
One thing that can really accelerate weight loss is eating your vegetables raw. And eating a lot of them.
When it comes to dressing, use oil and lemon. No vinegar.
Drink a hot cup of water with squeezed lemon juice in it, every morning.
Cut down on the salt also.

You will lose the weight fast!

Don't drink soda or eat any junk food. I assume your getting protein from another source than meat, so don't eat any carbs 2 hours before you go to bed. Go run and exercise the areas you want to lose weight, in the morning when you first wake. Your body will be craving food and nutrients which makes it perfect for burning fat.

Do Tibet's diet. Than change the diet after two weeks. Being a vegetarian it is more difficult for you. However the trick is to change the type of diet twice per month - than the body cannot get used with the diet.

stop eating junk. there is no better way to lose weight than to lay off the junk food. soda is an enemy as well. stop drinking it. once in a while is okay, but not excessively. maybe eat a little meat so you have a balanced diet. cut back on ohow much you eat too.

Why the rush? If you push yourself too hard, you could make yourself sick or your weight could rebound.

Sounds like you're doing everything you're supposed to.

Do you exercise outside? I definitely recommend lots of sunshine.
