Is there any type of food that actually helps you lose weight?!


Question: Drink tea 3 times a day.. I read a study that said that if you drink tea 3 times a day it will help you lose a couple pounds a month.. aside from that.. just a healthy diet in general will help you lose weight.. lean protein, fruits, veggies and whole wheat carbs are the best .. your body can actually use those instead of just storing them as fat.

you need food combined with a weight training and cardio program. high protein diet will help with that. chicken breast, beans, eggs, oatmeal, whole wheat bread, protein shakes. go to bodybuilding.com. there's a lot of useful information on weight loss there.

I've heard that EFA (Essential fatty acids) rich foods are good for losing weight. Fish like tuna and salmon have alot of 'em. I don't know if it really helps or not though.

eat everything from fruits, vegetables, meats except carbs or easier way anything that is made of: rice, bread, starch, potato, flour. and also eat your dinner B4 7 pm. do not starve your self that's the worse thing your not going to lose weight, eat 5 meals a day
