How do I gain muscle in these areas?!


Question: Areas include:
- stomach
- upper and lower arms
- back
- upper legs
- butt

I was fit last year and on a few sports teams, but i go to a new school and the sports i played at previous schools are no longr available at this new school. let's just say i put on soeme weight and got softer.

The main point is how do i gain muscles in these areas? I dont live near any gyms, and i dont have the equipment at home. anyone know any good exercises or tricks/ techniques???

try to do pushups slowly going down and coming back up 3 sets of 12 reps slow as u can go... then do 25 crunches and 25 flutter kicks 3 sets for stomach... sit downs on wall and squats with no weight or lunges..for butt and upper legs.. and calf raises for calfs..

get ur lazy butt up and do some freakin cardio exercises and tons of crunchess!!

one way to increase the size of a muscle which many people dont realize is by stretching between sets. your muscles are elastic, and by stretching them they are able to grow...
