isnt it the same thing?? theyre both lemonade.
i would say the "drinkin warm water with lemon/lime" is better.
even with that, lemonade/limenade is harmful to your teeth b/c of the high level of acid in it.

most are from concentrate and do not have much nutritional value. However, you can buy organic lemonade, which is much better for you, and tastes the same. Also look for high percentages of fruit juices and ones where the first ingredient isn't sugar. Water is better though.
