I never feel good enough, how can i lose weight quick?!


Question: I always see these ads on t.v & on bilboards of these skinny models & I always feel quilty about how I look. I know I'm not over weight, but I feel like I'm not good enough. Everyone always says "be yourself" & "It doesn't matter what others think" & I know that but I can't get myself to let this issue down. I bought these diet pills the other day with my friend & I'm not sure if they'll work. I know I have to exercise & eat good. I just never feel good enough, I look in the mirror with a discusted look. I need adivse, badly. And I do want to lose a little more weight.

Well let me tell you it's not an easy thing to do!! I have been on a rollercoaster of diets. One year i lose then the next I gain it all back then back to losing weight and so forth. But what I've learned is you have to be happy with yourself first and set goals!! If you want to lose the weight badly likeI do once again you have to go through with it. My whole diet plan is to write down what I eat, intake smaller portions, and record the times I walk. You don't have to do all these dramatic exercises! Walking will help you lose weight but if you want to tone your body you would need a little more then walking. I'm not comfortable going to the gym so I walk up and down my stairs about 20 to 25 times a day only because it not that long and it helping a lot. Before you start make sure that you want to do this and that your not gonna back out!! Also in my case I have support from my husband and sisters and maybe you should have someone helping you as well. Maybe go on a diet with a friend? It's a lot easier when your doing the whole diet thing with a friend or family member but having support is the best thing. throw away the diet pills. you don't want to look like those women. skinny isn't in anymore being healthy is. you should consult your physician first. you can start by excercising 3 days a week like walking. eat fruits & veges and drink plenty of water. don't try those fad diets or celeb diets like south beach. when you feel down just go for a walk to clear your mind. you have to confront your issues with self image. dont think of losing weight, think of being healthy and giving what your body needs. losing weight quick is not the best. okay feel better
