Does drinking water effect abs?!

Question: i heard that when you work out your abs its not good to drink water

Answers: i heard that when you work out your abs its not good to drink water

If you drink a lot of water you can look bloated, but it's just a short term effect. Drinking water isn't going to hurt you when you are working out, but don't drink too much when you are running or doing abs. You need to drink some, just don't over due it.

nooo thats not true i have a 6 pack and i drank at least 5 glasses of water each day while working out abs.

whoever told you that is wrong, drinking water is good no matter what.
your muscles are like 83% water anyways..

If you've ever drank half a gallon of water and tried to run a mile you know that it doesn't feel good. As far as water and ab workouts, I don't know where you heard that.

Just if you drink way too much then sometimes. But you need water to live. Food is just something that makes you smarter or healthier, but if we didn't have water then we'll die soon. So having water is the best thing. Mostly the people that die in deserts are because they don't drink enough clean water. They also don't have enough food. But water makes you just a little fater 80% of your body is water so thats why you need it.

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it (it's 100% natural). The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://www.thin-quick.us where they have a free trial and you only pay $6.95 shipping and handling.
Good luck!
