Does Exercising Improve Ones Skin Tone?!
Question: If one works out and moves, does such blood movement impact the skin tone, in a good way? And I don't mean during the actual workout.
Example, a pale dude sitting on his couch compared to another who has a nicer (maybe healthier) face color/tone.
Maybe think of Johnny Depp who's face tone isn't the most appealing. (Not in magazines and enhanced images, I mean real life).
Compared to a tennis player, say Andy Roddick* who exercises and has a nicer tone.

well the theory goes that the more you exercise the more you sweat thus removing the toxins and other rubbish in your body. this clears up your skin and improves your blood flow which gives you a healthier colour...so the theory goes.
exercise increases circulation, thus blood flow, and thus skin tone.
Yes, exercising improves the entire body. The circulation of the blood from exercising will improve the skin.
