If you are fine with how you are, don't worry about what people think...
but what you should do is make sure you are healthy in a medical stand point.
I'd say you should probably weigh around 140-170 lbs.

I'm 5'9 with a similiar build and my PhD trained exercise physiologist used biometrics etc to estimate my best body weight to be around 170. However, a six foot tall girlfriend of mine was estimated to be healthiest around 158. It really depends on your body make-up.

The way we received this level of information was by way of a published study that he was working on. He was trying to provide evidence that taller women often have a wider range of bone structure than shorter women do. His work concluded that the ranges written down does not really work for us and that we should rely more on body fat percentages (done by the calipers). Furthermore, taller women often underestimate their ideal body weight by 10-25lbs.

everybodys different figure wise, nobody could tell you your exact ideal unless they saw you, however to keep your bmi in normal when you are 6ft you should weigh between 130lbs and 155lbs, this of course all depends on your build, if your athletic etc.

just feel confident for how u look u have a great hieght, feel proud, walk daily :)
