It is possible to be like that without steroids. But it will require a lot of time, depending on how much you work out. Also you will need to eat a lot of healthy food, i.e. eggs, meat, milk, vegges etc. If you work out 2 hours everyday, and have an awsome diet with lots of meat, then yes, you will have those arms in about 3-4 years depending on your body type, if your born skinny then it will take long, if your fat it will take long, if your born muscular like me then it will take long but not that long. It's not preacher curls that made his arms like that, it's super hardcore working out and steroids that made him like that.

don't do it ,for it may harm you

maybe... but not that cut. He's in competition shape, which means he's taking all kinds of supplements, reducing his water intake... muscles enlarge due to training, being filled with blood.

If you don't take steroids, you will have to work out a lot harder. With steroids, you can get away with only working out an hour a day.

How big? Buffed, yes. Muscular with veins, nope. Use negative weight training. And don't go for gross muscular - no one finds that attractive, at least no one in their right mind.

no amount of weightlifting will get you to look like that alone
without the help of steroids injected in your butt
1~makes you aggresive
2~blitz your liver or kidneys over time
3~Very addictive
4~hard to stop
5~what happens to all that muscle if you stop taking steroids
because no amount of weighlifting or powerlifting will keep you in that shape alone
6~who wants to look as unnatural as that anyway
7~BIG NO NO TO TAKING STEROIDS

You can get big to a point with just using whey protein powder. But you will hit a plateau where you can not gain any more muscle. Bodybuilders effectively bypass this using "stacks," which are a combination of pre and post workout supplements and nutrients. I own a health store called Lindberg Nutrition in Torrance, California www.nutritionexpress.com, and the best stack is to eat a multi-vitamin every morning(Animal Pack II), Nitrous Oxide or Venom 30 min. before you work out, and Cell mass right after you work out, and finally a protein drink before you go to bed. Keep this schedule up and you should be well toned in no time.

Need to work out slowly and put more weights on every 2 weeks or less!, depends on how many times u work during the week! My nephew worked out every night, Plus he drank something to help making your muscles, stronger, everyday, he lost weight where needed and gained stronger and bigger in his arms, calves of his legs, his shoulders, neck, everywhere it was needed! He also would eat non fating foods, and ran too. in high school he wrestled all 4 years, graduated in 1997, then he started doing it, but this time he added kick-boxing, he worked hard then they said he was needed for contest, and still worked 8 hours! Besides steroids will kill you, u make your own choice, live or die!!

Not possible.

However taking steroids is easy. Guys this big eat loads of food for 7 to 10 times a day, not to mention the HARD training that comes along with it. You really need a lot of discipline to get this big. And you also need the genetics. It's not for everyone.

A lot of people (including people trying to answer steroid related questions here) don't have any knowledge about steroids, or never even tried them. But they all say what they are reading in the newspaper. The fact is that there is no proof at all about steroids causing major health problems. If this was really the case athletes nowadays would die by the thousands!
