100 g peppers, sweet, red, sauteed--163 mg , 271% of RDA
1 guava fruit ---------------- ---------------- 126 mg , 209% of RDA
100 g raw broccoli ------------------------- 89 mg , 149% of RDA
1 medium kiwi fruit ------------------------- 70 mg , 117% of RDA
1 medium orange -------------------------- 70 mg , 117% of RDA

If it is hard to find guava, one can always eat 2 oranges to get even better vitamin C amount.

any citris fruits. pineapple, oranges etc. but i personally like the way the chewable ones taste
