Answers: You know arms,stomach,thighs etc.

swimming.
swim, and it works everything, i promise.
im a swimming, and my entire body is like intensly musucular.

but specifically?
stomach, lay on your back and keep your legs in the air, or do kicks in the air, like straight legged kicks with your butt still on the ground.

arms-go to a gym, and bench, incline, etc.

thighs, do squats, wall sits, air raids,

calves- stand up on some books or soemthing to get you off of the floor, and then stand with your toes just on it, raise your body up like, raise your heels. and if it gets too easy then use some weights with it.

RUN RUN RUN!

Running, it works out everything.

jump rope

running! i run 2.5 miles every other day, and it helps with everything! it's prob the best thing you can do for yourself!

swimming works all the muscles. also, if u get in a pushup position, with ur arms out straight and u back flat (almost paralell to the floor, like a table) its supposed to work arms and abs and most other things.

Jump on a trampoline. They say it is the most intense workout you can do because it really does work EVERY part of the body. Especially legs but if you bend forward while you jump, it works more of your stomach. Also, a great way to workout is swimming. The pool or beach is great for working arms and legs. Hope this helps!

weights-compound movements - the big three are bench presses, squats and deadlifts

Swimming you couldn't get better. Walk a couple of kilometres each day

Try the "Mountain Climber". This is a stationary exercise. I will explain it , but I think it would be better if you see a video or someone that actually knows to demonstrate it to you.

It is very effective!!

benching uses a lot of the upper body muscles as well as abs and back as stabilizers. squatting uses a lot of the lower body muscles as well as abs and back as stabilizers too. running won't get you strong although it does use a lot of your body.
