I need a good daily diet...?!

Question: I'm 16 years old. And I've been eating very unhealthy for the past few years. So, I want to get healthy. My first step has been no sweets, 8 glasses of water, and no white bread. But, I need a good daily diet. It can be the worse tasting fooods, as long as they're healthy. Can anyone suggest a daily diet? and how often and what time? THis would be much apprecieated.

Most people don't wake up one day and completely change their diet. Make small changes and you will be more likely to stick with your diet.

Bread is not bad, just ask your mom to buy whole wheat bread. Reduce the amount of meat and carbs (pasta, rice, rolls) you eat with meals and eat more veggies. This will reduce the calories but still keep you full.

Instead of eating 3 big meals a day, try eating 6 smaller meals. People who eat less often during the day are more likely to overeat and stuff themselves at meals.

Eat less red meat. Most red meat has more fat and calories. Lean chicken and turkey lunch meat and canned tuna are very healthy for meals you don't have time to cook. Good luck.

chips, pop, ice cream and pizza

Well I'm only 13 & I want to be healthy too but I do no one thing!

Eat little & often!

Very good daily diet for beginning is Winter diet. It includes all meals you can eat every day in combination and to be healthy. In 1 week you can "teach" your body on new habits and you can use 5 pounds.
Good luck!

Stp eating anything.

Lots of fruit and vegetables (as much as you like and anytime of day) , brown bread, rice and fish. All types of fish are good but especially oily deepwater fish such as mackerel , tuna and salmon. Fish should be steamed.....not fried or battered.

A healthy diet is quite simple and does not have to be complicated. These healthy foods can be eaten at anytime. The fruit and vegetables are the most important.
