Healthy and unhealthy is typically relative, imo.

It's healthy compared to eating a McDonald's bacon egg sandwhich, sure.

It's not a very unhealthy breakfast though, you should ask your friend why that's unhealthy. You have your carbs, you have your protein and you have some vitamins. If you're using all natural peanut butter as opposed to those super sweetened garbage that some people use then even better!

Again, ask your friend WHY it's unhealthy.

It is a healthy breakfast. What are you eating the rest of the day?

No its ok as long as you eat right the rest of the day.

Nothing wrong with that, you got good carb and protein .You could add a piece of fruit, but other than that it's ok.

Looks good. But you may try to have fruit and vegetables even though for breakfast. A typical women of 55kg (122 lb) requires about 1800 to 1900 cal per day.

Eating more green can maintain the required cal and fat in check.

It sounds fine to me however I would suggest not having it every morning. Maybe have some milk, or various fruits, etc. You know change things out from time to time.
PS. Whole wheat...That's very good. :)

it is healthy. especially since you sound young. if you dont have a major problem than dont worry so much. eat when your hungry. dont when you dont. be happy with who you are

I don't think it is very unhealthy. You are getting protein from the peanut butter and you are eating whole wheat. The orange juice is really good for you. I think it is a very healthy breakfast.

I'd eliminate the orange juice. Other than that it is a very healthy breakfast. Whole wheat toast is fine and the health fat in peanut butter can help you burn fat plus it keeps you full for longer and stops cravings. I'd tell you to try natural peanut butter though.

It is not unhealthy. I would say you should add a mullti vitamin formulated for woman to in sure you are getting all you need.

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it (it's 100% natural). The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://better-life-thinner.us where they have a free trial and you only pay $6.95 shipping and handling.
Good luck!
