Can You BUILD MUSCLE IN 5 DAYS?!


Question: My slendor 5'8 frame was pretty muscular and toned a month ago then I got lazy and did'nt excercise for almost 3 weeks. I lost alot of muscle tone in my legs and butt....now Im hosting a big event in a form fitting dress and I want it BACK...
If I hit the weights and pack in the protein this week, will I see a difference in 5 days??

You might, but If it were me, I'd do what you were doing, but take creatine. Drink a lot of water, and run a lot. Your mucle tone doesn't come from your big muscles (lol), but rather your body fat. The extra water it will pull into your cells will help a little bit. You could also workout immediately before the event to get swole.

im sorry hon. but in just 5 days u wont get much of any result...ull be on ur way but more like 5 weeks for some but def. 5 months.

I don't think you can build a whole lot of muscle in 5 days, you will build some just not too visible. But it's possible it will be much easier for you than it would for someone else cuz you've done it before and you prob still have some muscles and stuff.

hmm how much is a lot? if you lost a lot of muscle than 5 days won't make too much visible results. Even if you exercise like crazy in those 5 days, you don't want to tire out your entire body before the big event. Just eat well and moderately exercise. It won't turn out to what you expect, but its better.

hmm wonder if steroids will do anything... lol jk
