Whats a good healthy and easy breakfast do you think?!


Question: Im just trying to be a healthier person and tone up for dancing so im curious what would be a good breakfast to have... i want it to be healthy also, thanks to anyone who answers!

Here are a few healthy breakfast ideas:

1. 1-2 slices of whole grain bread with 1 tbsp peanut butter, sliced banana, and a glass of milk on the side.
2. 1/2 cup quick cooking oats in water or milk. Then add in 1/4 cup raisins and walnuts, 1/2-1 tbsp honey, and a dash of cinnamon. A glass of OJ on the side.
3. 1 egg or 3 egg whites scrambled with green peppers, onions, any veggie really, and a piece of whole grain toast on the side(you could also use a little lowfat cheese). Also have an orange or a glass of OJ.
4. 1 egg or 3 egg whites scrambled with veggies and then put in a whole wheat tortilla with lowfat cheese, romaine or spinach, salsa, and turkey bacon(opt.). Have a piece of fruit or a glass of OJ.
5. 1 vanilla or plain lowfat/nonfat yogurt with fruit and lowfat granola or cereal mixed in, and a glass of juice.
6. 1 serving of whole wheat cereal (i like kashi, cheerios, shredded wheat cereals, fiber one, life, etc.) with lowfat milk, sliced banana, and a glass of juice.

Those are just a few ideas, but there are many other good breakfast foods like whole wheat bagels and english muffins, grapefruits, omelettes, whole wheat pancakes, etc. Good luck, :)

Granola and yogurt

Dry roasted almonds (1/4 cup), 1 cup of soy milk, any flavor and a banana.

beer, cigs, cold pizza works for me

Instant oatmeal (not the sugary kind, plain...you can add some honey or brown sugar,) plain yogurt with fruit mixed in.

You can have the sugary versions of oatmeal and yogurt if you don't really care about your weight...

Gotta be eggs and bacon

a protein shake is a great way to start your morning..

mix protein powder with water or milk, some frozen fruit and you have a healthy nutritious breakfast...

Or

Egg whites scrambled or maybe an egg white omelet and oatmeal

wholemeal bread toasted, a glass of fruit juice, a low fat yoghurt and maybe a piece of fruit, that should keep ya goin till dinner time.

Apples, or cereal are pretty good,whole wheat bagels are nice too

coco and milk

A couple of poached eggs on toast. Whatever you do, dont eat low fat meals.

some light cerial 'fruit and some actimel but itsnew year let go for a day i'll be havin a beer 4 breakfast lol

do you like oatmeal, or Grits, or malt O"meal or some cooked cereal with milk and raisins or some kind of fruit...cut out the meats for breakfast.... a glass of OJ or Apple Juice.
A Piece of toast...NO BUTTER....and sugarless jelly.
you'll get 4 good hours out of that breakfast.
Just watch the portion size.

try getting your hands on some protein and some fiber. Protein can come from low fat meats, eggs, beans, or soy. Fiber can be found in whole grains, vegetables and fruits.
try having something like hard boiled egg, an orange, and a bowl of whole grain cereal with low fat milk. stay away from sweet cereal and syrups white bread and pastries as they are digested quickly and you will soon feel hungry again.

Depends on what you like for breakfast.

There are a lot of very healthy cereal options out there that you could have with soymilk.

Another idea is to get low-fat turkey bacon and Eggbeaters or the Omega 3 eggs and have some muti-grain toast.

Or, if you don't mind starting your morning off with a salad- spinach, red cabbage, a little grapeseed oil, and balsamic vinegar. Have a protein such as a bit of chicken on the side, and some carbs like a roll or whole wheat toast

You could buy a wheatgrass powder, or concentrated vegetable powder and add to water as a beverage. Or just have orange juice or low-sodium V-8.

All these ideas can be found at almost any grocery store

I think fruits and porridge are the good , healthy and easy breakfast that u should eat in the morning.........

My Dr. said wheatbix with Soybean milk is very good for you.
