Cardio will burn any fat that you have, but it doens't sound like you have any!! Basically it's crunches, crunches with an oblique twist. Try doing crunches with leg extensions to tighten your lower abs. Try doing 10 minutes of these, in reps of 8 for each exercise every day & see how you go.

you can also use a plate to increase the workload, place this on your chest when doing the crunches, shoulder when doing the obliques. You could also try the abdominal plank exercise to tone your abs up.

drink water ..dont eat after midnight.....wlak once aday ..maybe soem sit ups

Stop eating junk food, drink more water, and exercise.

sit ups,crunches,cardio

You just tone thats all, there are many ways, obviously crunches and other ways.

I don't think that will have
how about CORE training or pilates?

u cant lose weight in one designated place, you have to lose weight every where, i wudnt worry to much men like a bit of 'pudge' please dont try to lose any more weight if u are already skinny, that is not a good look and so unhealthy

Run one mile at least once every other morning or day. That pudge should be gone in a few weeks. Plus, you'll feel really good and refreshed.

well it isnt going to go away really fast but if you just take about an hour a day to do stomach exercises and warm ups such as jumpin jacks and if you dont have the time try jogging

I do crunches...I started with 10 and do five extra ones every night (10,15,20...). You might need to find a good workout for lower abs (and you will get abs) but if you figure out something for lower let me know! And by ,I'd say, thirty or so you should see results.

Crunches & trunk twist are good. Curb your eating late. Do as many as you can daily. Chart your results. Yuo should be able to see & feel a noticeable difference within a few weeks. Be diligent and patient. They will work.

Try an elliptical machine. These are cheap, and maybe you can get one for the house. Expect to spent $400 - 500, but that's far cheaper than a gym membership that you will not use, and you can use the machine every night. it's low stress, but still a reasonably complete workout. Even your Granny can use it.

Look around your family. Is your Mom, ummm, a bit 'squat"? Sisters? I'm saying, understand if the shape may be genetic.

Eat sensibly, in moderate portions and exercise regularly - that's the key.

110 is about upper limit for 5'2". 120 is too much. If you can hit 105 and keep it, that's a great place to be.
