That happens to everyone. It's usually no more than a pound or two. Try to weigh yourself about the same time of day every week. Don't do it every day. You'll drive yourself nuts.

Water Weight, to get an accurate weight you need to weigh yourself BEFORE breakfast, on an empty stomach.

you might have not eaten anything but did you go to the bathroom in that time?

You may be drinking water.
You should weigh yourself before you eat breakfast, but after you go to the loo (you know what I mean) in the morning. This will be on an empty stomach and bowels.

I'm not completely sure about the scientific part of it all...BUT I bet it has something to do with gravity + the food + the factor of whether or not you have excreted any waste. I remember one fun fact I learned in elementary is that you are taller when you first wake up because your body has had time to stretch while you are asleep and gravity hasn't pulled down on your body yet. So when you go to sleep you are shorter, because you've been walking around all day.

Also...it's really unhealthy (mentally) to weigh yourself that much. Stop being so obsessive! :) Enjoy life!

As long as you're eating healthy and working out regularly, I'm sure you're in great shape!

well it's just because you've eaten and you haven't burnt it off yet. also it's water weight from the food. also, you weigh the least in the morning right after you wake up. it's normal =]

Get up in the morning. Go to the bathroom. Weigh yourself.
Record that weight on a calendar. Stay off the scale until tomorrow morning and repeat for a week.

Every body's weight varies between 3 and 5 pounds a day.
Do not worry about that weight change... worry about the change from week to week and month to month.

Take your lowest weight for the week and record it on your weight log. Don't have a weight log... Start one. Then you can compare your weight from month to month.

I have my husbands and my weight log on Excel so I can compare from year to year. I need to maintain my weight and he still needs to take off a few more pounds slowly and sensibly.
