a pound every few hours is not possible.
a pound every 1 or 2 days is possible.
but the thing is, if you lose alot of weight fast, it's usually just water weight. so you'll gain it all back after a month or two.
the best weight loss plan is the good olfashion low cal meals + a bit of exercise thing. its slow but steady.

you could try scre*ing for about 1 1/2 hours, or take a sauna, the first is nicer though. the weight lose is about the same. lol

Most any weight you can lose quickly would be water weight and that is just temporary as you will gain the weight back as soon as you drink any liquid. If you watch what you eat and start an exercise program you can start SLOWLY losing weight. Any large weight lose in a short time frame may not be healthy in the long run. See your doctor and see if he can point you in the right direction.
