Ok Im worried?!


Question: today I have just started lifting weights. There 20 pound dumbells I have been doing it for about 25 minutes now. the rep im doing is 30.

I can feel my arms tighting but im worried if I stop then all this will have no effect. Im 15 should I stop?

don't worry...also take breaks...if ur arms are tightening up then that means they are worned out for that moment.

keep a log of what u do and u will stay in shape.

avoid junk food when exercising...and stop the worries.

Yes, stop. They are tight because they are tired. 30 reps is too many.

ok...you need protein if you want any muscle want so ever so you need to eat right before you work out......then to answer your question.....if you feel like you could do more then do more..... but if your tried stop for a bit then.....take a drink of water or something..... then start again
don't stop if you think you can do more!
