How much weight should I be able to lose by january 30th?!

the most i lost in one month was sixteen pounds and that was by dieting and excercising daily. i just stop buying food to eat because everything is mainly fattining. i realized by cooking yourself i was able to cut my calorie intake in half. and dont ever drink soda. i lost six pounds by giving op soda and candy.

at most you should be able to lose 15 pounds in a month, but this can be hard. write down everything you eat for a day and then cut out the unneccesary stuff. eat small portions but remember to also eat all the different food groups and various foods so you can get your vitamins and all that.
