Best swim exercises to burn calories?!


Question: I have about 45-60 minutes to swim, what should I do to burn the most calories?

I'm a big lap person. I would say put on a pair of flippers and hit it hard. Being in the pool is deceiving because you don't feel your self sweating like you would if you were doing out of water cardio. Just as long as your moving around your going to get something out of it, it just depends on how bad you want it. Also try the kick board (just lay on you chest with the tip of the board out of the water and frog kick) u will feel it fast also try the webbed gloves, they kick ***!

I'm not sure how many you will burn but swimming is the best exercise that burns more calories, regular swim that does it just fine, just make sure you kick your feet.Do laps back and forth, and try to increase your laps each day, remember in a Olympic size pool 24 laps (down and back is one lap) you swim the english chanel
