Nutrition Help?!

Question: Ok, I RARELY actually "indulge" myself in what i really want to eat, i pretty much 99-100% of the time always eat healthy.

But today i got invited to breakfast to a place i know isnt going to be healthy. Would eating something at this place make me gain weight even if i dont do it all the time?

Will eating like this be ok every once in a long time?

i say every ones got to treat them selves occasionally and no matter what people say you can make healthy choices even at the worst of resturaunts (ex. fast food joints like macdonalds has a yogurt parfait and you can order milk 100% orange juice or water) i mean most places carry fruit or yogurt or oatmeal and even if they dont you can get eggs and you dont have to load them with cheese you can usually requst egg whites you could even get an egg white omlet with veggies such as bell peppers and tomatos and if you get toast go with wheat toast and skip all the butter and use a small amount of jelly instead of coffee with crem and sugar order a small orange juice and a ice water no matter where you go you still have the ability to make choices

Indulging occasionally makes life worth living! You shouldn't feel bad about one meal out of 100. keep steady with your good habits and let loose every once in a while.

I am just like you and pretty much never eat anythinig unhealthy. If I were you I would:

1. Try to find something healthy like fruit or something.
2. Eat beforehand, and pretend like your eating by moving food around.
3. Work out alot!

Also, you will not gain weight from eating there once.

Good Luck!

ya it will be fine. remeber you can eat whatever you want, in an amount.

you will be fine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
