Regular diet and exercise. Each beer you drink has anywhere from 100-200 calories in it. If you are going to have a beer or a few you need to cut that many calories from your calorie intake of that day and cut back on the carbs consumed that day as well. Back up the beer drinking with 1-2 liters of water consumption per day.

drink and exercise vigorously

u don't have to completely stop drinking, but for sure cut back. if u want to ditch the belly, exercise more than u drink. do crunches, jog, play b-ball, or do an activity u like and involves a good amount of moving.

sorry but a lot of us are against drinking but have a nice new years anyway.

You don't have to stop drinking beer, but you may need to exercise a little more to compensate for the extra calories you consume. One bottle or can of beer is around 100- 200 calories, depending on the type. It can add up very quickly.

work out
