Whats a great exercise to tone and flatten your tummy?!


Question: im not exactally sure what you mean but ill give it a go. in wrestling practice we do 50 sit ups every hour. and that makes your stomach look good. so i would say sit ups

Lay flat on your back and keep both legs together. Slowly lift both legs 2-3 inches off of the ground and contract your ab muscles. Hold for as long as you can and repeat. This is the BEST ab exercise!

Situps, but doing sports like swimming will not only help your tummy, but your theighs and arms as well.
There are lots of machines in gyms that have pictures on the sides that show what area they target, so if you go make sure you check 'em out.

Do sit-ups and crunches. Lay on the floor, but your feet under a couch or something, and bring yourself up for sit-ups. For crunches, do to them quick, but bring yourself only half-way up.

You may need to lose a little weight if thats also what you're asking. If so, start cutting down on those sugary drinks. Don't eat fried food (fries, fried chicken, etc), instead, eat baked food, tastes so much better, and is very healthy for you!
Their are also baked chips, which now are becoming very popular, and taste as good as the ones that are fried.
