Is 137lbs okay?!


Question: what is your opinion of someone who is 5'6" and 137lbs? Also, what are some good exercises to tone your stomach, hips, & thighs?

sometimes I think that if I could think of it as a fitness goal instead of a weight goal it might help...

Your ideal weight would be 130 lbs, so your weight is fine and you don't need to lose any weight.

Swimming a lot of laps every day might help the toning process. Swimming is probably the best exercise there is.

to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your
meals.

Breakfast oatmeal and a fruit or a breakfast bar and water.


Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil or margarine and a fruit.

Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit.

no eating after 7pm !!

do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.

Try this for 3 weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight.

P.S.
American Whey protein is also good for a replacement meal.
Good taste and goes down smoothly.
Been taking it for 5 yrs now.

your to skinny try 150 and see how ya feel

You sound EXTREMELY SKINNY. You shouldn't be worrying. I know crunches are good, but you don't need to do them. You sound skinny, so be happy!

u'r not too small, I'm 116 lbs and I'm 5'5 ...to be honest with u, no matter how small or big u are nobody will be happy!! OMG ur' toooo small or omg ur tooooo fat! Seriously, it's annoying. You are in the range of healthy weight...

Toning though...running on a treadmill and crunches work great for me. I don't work out a ton considering I work with kids 5 days a week so I get a lot of excercise that way, but I do run 10 miles a week and do around 2000 crunches.
