That's lower than normal, but it's probably okay! If you're getting your period normally and are eating correctly and getting the necessary nutrients, that's actually really good! Athletes tend to have lower body fat than most, so that could explain why it's lower.

But of course, if you're really worried have your parents schedule an appointment with a doctor or nutritionist. They will know better than just a bunch of random people online.
