Why did I get dizzy while working out this morning?!
Question: This morning I was doing my regular workout regimen (30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of strength training). However, after completing the 30 minutes of cardio I got extremely dizzy as this never happened to me before. It took about 15 minutes to recuperate. I could not do strength training this morning because of it. Can you enlighten me on what happened? Thanks

did you eat breakfast? you could of just not had the strength.
your sugar level could of dropped.
or maybe you didn't drink enough water (you are suppose to drink half of your body weight in oz.)
if you really are concerned go to the doctor. its up to you.
High or low blood pressure probably
could be your sugar level dropped. or you didnt have breakfast!! it could be a number of things.
because you are weak.
Did you have breakfast? If not then that's the answer. If you did then go to the Dr's and have your blood pressure checked.
