Lose Weight?!

Question: whats a pill thatll make you lose weight

Answers: whats a pill thatll make you lose weight

Short-term: I have taken Trim-spa a couple different times with great success. The first time I went from 220 lbs. to 200 in about a month and the second time (about a year later) I went from 190 to 170 in about 3 weeks-all with little exercise. I wouldn't take it for more than two weeks though. It really helps curb your appetite and stop carb cravings and will accomplish this in two weeks, by then you will have modified your appetite.

Long-term: I also did this in conjunction with a South Beach type diet (high protein, low bad fat, low bad carbs). I increased my exercise to running for 30 minutes a day and light weights. Once you stop eating junk, you'll have more energy, start feeling better and want to exercise more, particularily when you start seeing results. It helps motivate you when you get that first dramatic weight loss that you can get with pills. Although, as I mentioned earlier, don;t expect long-term results with the pills.

Try this link as well, a friend of mine is getting great results with this...http://revitalabs.com/

There is no magic pill. I know you don't want to hear this, but diet and exercise is the best way to go.

IF you find out tell the world because youll be a millionaire

you don't need to take any pill! just eat healthier and get a little more exercise. (you can also turn vegetarian, its the healthiest diet around and you won't miss meat) (i am a vegetarian)

It's really easy to loss weight fast and naturally as long as you understand the right fundamentals.

Using slimming pill would only give you short term results (if any) and burn your pocket in the long term definitely!

I really understand how it feels like to be "fat" .....

Because I have been there and done that too having reduce my weight from a scary 86kgs down to just 68kgs now. ( With a bodyfat of only 12% now..)

However, there are essentially some "common" mistakes you must avoid all at costs in order to achieve your ideal weight and physique fast.

My "a-ha" moment came when I discover one simple yet effective system recommended by my cousin.

This system is both natural and proven effective as tested by myself and many of my friends too.

Best thing is....you do not have to stick to a strict diet or buy any expensive slimming pills. ( I hate that!!)

I shall share this system here with you..

For a limited period only, you can learn the full details here:

Have a good read ya and I hope you will succeed too. =)

Elke is right, if you want to lose weight you NEED to do it the right way, my eating right and exercising,

Dont you think that if their was just some pill people can take to lose weight, EVERYONE would be taking it? but its not that easy,

Some buisnesses have claimed to make a product to help people lose weight like a pill. But further tests and studies proved that showed that that pill actually killed 3 people.

Same thing happened with another case about a year later, a market put a pill out there and killed 19 people in the process.

This shows you that any pill that can supposedly make you lose weight will just end up killing you in the process.

Too many to name! Check out your local GNC. They'll tell you which ones work best. One of my friends had great success with Metabolife. Remember that a pill is just an aid in weight loss. You still need to diet and exercise.

Pills may help you for a little while. But sooner or later, they'll stop working, and you'll gain the weight back plus some. Pills may allow you to lose weight with just eating whatever you want, but once they stop working, you gain weight. It's better to just eat really healthy and exercise. If you don't like running or jogging, join a dance class or a yoga class....

it won't matter how many pills you take if you still eat food that is not healthy for you and sit around all day expecting to lose weight. you should ask your aunt if she stopped drinking soda and eating fast food. i'm sure she is more active than she used to be. she is losing the weight because of the change in her diet and exercise -- and she's wasting money on those pills.
