Question: IF I ATE DINNER THAT IS EITHER STAKE OR FRIED CHICKEN OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT FOR DINNER EVERY DAY AND FOR BREAKFAST EAT A OAT BAR AND EAT GREENS 1 TIME A DAY LIKE A SNACK OR SOMETHING SHOULD I LOOSE WEIGHT

That's unhealthy, and whatever little weight you do lose, once you begin your regular eating you'll gain it all back.
Don't eat fried or butter/oil slathered foods.
Eat a hearty breakfast which has fibre, protien, and whole grains, and a little healthy fat.
Eat 5-8 servings fruit and vegetables a day.
And drink 64-128oz of water a day.
Exercise at leat 30 minutes 5 times a week.
You should add exercise into that mixture for the most beneficial results.
