I want to gain 5 pounds by this Friday. What should I do to gain the weight?!

Nothing weighs more than water. If you want to pack on 5 pounds quickly, drink an ocean of water along with plenty of carbohydrates (i.e., bread, spaghetti and the like).

eat lots of carbs and do nothing. if you don't use up the carbs, your body will turn them into fat.

Junk food. chicken

eat peanut butter and drink whole milk

Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches right before bed. Helped me gain weight.

u dont need to be fatter, u need to be more bulk...but if u insist eat at McDonalds everyday...breakfast, lunch, dinner, and midnight snack

The best way to put on weight in a hurry is to eat as much fattening ice cream as possible combined with fast food like Big Macs and french fries. The weight will come on in a hurry!

that's asking a lot, but start packing in the carbs and butter or other oils. don't move or you'll burn off calories. sleep a lot. are you sure you want to do this to your body?

Eat At Night like 9:00 till whenever and you will blow up

Hit the Shoney's for breakfast, and Golden Corral for lunch and dinner and load up on the desserts and Taco Bell for a late night snack.

well... gaining weight in a hurry is not such a great idea... but if all you want to do is add five pounds to the scale eat a lot of sodium and then drink a lot of water... the salt will make you retain water...

lol ok never herd of this situation because who wnats to gain weight becaus ei am in the prosess of loseing weight but eat anything that has alot of fat in it and don't run be lazy all day ok it'll work

very unhealthy but Dulce De leche hagen das ice cream the real large ones. hostess chocolate cupcakes and homogenized milk. in huge quanties. good luck. don't die.

oh yes, and milkshakes, put a heap of peanut butter and lots of ice cream in a dulce de leche milkshake.

some health nut is thumbing us all down. Hey the person asked a question. that's what we do. we answer them as best we can when we believe they are serious.

none of us advocate it but it is only til friday.

I suggest eating high protein foods as these food types do not metabolize fast as the carbohydrates.

If you want muscle it's not possible.

But if you want fat, which makes no sense, then donuts and beer six times a day. Also call in sick to school/work and watch day time television.

I won't ask why you would be doing that...I'd say to skip any strenuous activity, and eat lots of carbs and empty calories.

I think you'll be hard pressed to put that much weight on this quick.. Only thing I can think of is lots of fast food, no movement, and weight gainer. But you're going to put on the wrong kind of weight.

Eat lard, french fries, and roadkill. plant your gelatinous rump-cheeks to the couch, and complain loudly.

I'm going to guess that you are a wrestler and are attempting to make a weigh-in. Well, if its only five pounds, my advice would be to tape small weights onto an area that will be clothed at the weigh-in as to disguise the weights (use the weights that can be strapped onto an ankle for resistance training and the like).

Or, If you are actually trying to gain weight, just eat a LOT of calories and either do absolutely nothing, or work out in a way that will turn the calories into 5 pounds of muscle.

That will be near impossible to do by Friday, though.

Eat fastfood for the rest of the week.
