Trying to lose weight but it's so hard HELP!?!


Question: okay i was starting to gain weight. i went vegetarian not that long ago. i'm lacto-ovo-vegetarian. which means that i don't eat beef, pork, seafood, or poultry [i do eat poultry]. i also eat dairy products. i have noticed that i've been eating a lot of bread. and now my thy's are bigger and i have this gut that's getting bigger everytime i eat. i don't drink soda. so i drink lots of water. but i can't seem to stop these cravings for food. i have cravings ALL DAY and it's pissing me off. knowing i wanna lose weight and i keep eating when i get hungry. how do i stop these cravings? help me! i am gonna cry. i tear up every time i look at myself in the mirror. please help me. it's gonna be a new year and i want to be a new person. i'm 16 and i weigh 113. i weighed myself the other day. i don't weigh a lot but it's the gut and my bigger thy's. sorry it's so much but i need LOTS of help! thnx

I'm in the same boat as you. I went from 140 size 9 to 175 size 14. I Hate diets, they don't work. The way I lost before is only 1 meat per day about 2 oz. and only lean. The rest veggies with 1 fruit. I think it's the bread making you gain and have cravings.I noticed it does me.

here is a simple solution...
CHEW (sugar free or low calorie) GUM!
it helps because then you dont want to eat and it makes it so that you dont feel hungry! make sure it is mint or peppermint or sumthing! hope i helped a little!

that is not big girl u know that unless you 4'8! LOL. if its your gut than do more situps and work on your abs and dont cut down on the food you eat cut down on the amount that you eat !! and stop eating after a certain time!!!!
