Eating healthy, drinking lots of water, cardio, and try to do 70-100 crunches, and maybe 50-? leg lifts a day. Don't go into that to fast, try starting out with 50 or somethign and then move up. I'm 13 and I try to flatten my stomach too, lol. Good Luck :)

diet is the best way to flatten your stomach. you can do ab workouts like crunches, but they will only tighten the muscle. that tightening the only does so much.

Try doing some sit ups and more important watch what you eat. Crisps, chocolate and things like that are nice but not very good for the figure. Go for a jog or do running on the spot and bring your knees up high. Don't sit around watching telly all the time go for a good thirty minute walk at least five times a week. You will soon have the figure you want.
