I recently lost 45 pounds. I was wondering how to lose ten more.?!

Question: I heard that losing the last 10 pounds is a pain. I am 5'8 and when I got out of high school I plumped up to a whopping 188 lbs. I now weight 144. However, I still feel flabby and feel the need to tone up and lose weight. Does anyone have an idea of how to do this in a healthy manner? I took a break from the gym for two months and am just starting to work out again. So far, this week, my planned routined consists of 6 days of an hour of cardio along with weight-training 3/4 days. Does this sound like it would help?

yes also look at how often you eat if you eat just 3 meals a day your metabolism isnt running very fast making it harder to burn fat. split your 3 meals a day into 4-6 small meals eat something small and healthy every 3 hrs to keep your metabolism running on high it works very well when i was in wrestling just before last yr i lost 20 lbs in a week and i know for a fact a lot of it was because of high metabolism during my exercises.

Do whatever you were doing when you lost the 44 lbs.

What i would do is start exercising and go on a diet. What my dad always does is he makes a cabbage soup and he eats that for about two days. He says it really helps and it's good for you.

Congratulations on your weight loss! That's a huge accomplishment and you should be proud! Since you are just starting off working out again, the weight shouldn't be too hard to get off. Continue to monitor your intake. Maybe try for 1500 calories if you want the weight to come off quickly and you are working out. That is an excellent exercise plan. It might even be a little much though. I'm sure you'll be able to get those last ten pounds off in about a month if you stick to your routine. Have a great new year! Best of luck! :)

exercise more do abs etc... dance more. stop eating to much junk food
and do what you were doing before.
