What are healthy eating habits?!

Concentrate on overall fitness and maintaining a healthy heart.
Eat a combination of lean protein and healthy carbohydrates every few hours throughout the day to speed up fat loss and maintain stable energy levels. For best results, eat six times a day. Try balancing your meals 70% protein 30% carbs. Eat your proteins from lean sources (Chicken, fish, boiled eggs, lean beef with all the fat drained off) and beans (lentil, lima, chile or any type of bean) For your carbs stay away from breads and rice. They do provide energy but they are high in calories. Choose leafy vegetables, carrots, raisins, broccoli and fresh fruits. Weight train intensely, three times per week on alternating days with aerobic exercise three times per week.
Drink 10 to 20 glasses water per day NO SODA

Healthy eating habits have 2 factors to be fulfilled:
1) quality: all necessary elements are included:: protein(amino acids),carbohydrates, fat(fatty acids), vitamins, fiber, essential minerals.WELL BALANCED.
2) quantity: how many calories, it differs according to : age,sex,height,weight, type of work,non-occupational activities.

Drinking at least1000 CC of filtered boiled water a day, have a balance of diet, not too much of anything.. red meat generally is not as healthy as seafood or chicken.
Tomatoes, spiniches, brocollies and carrots.are good for you. By the way, don't eat anything after 9pm...

Cut down or cut out foods that are high in fat, eat more fruit and vegetables. Drink more water at least 8 glasses a day.
