About vegetables?!


Question: Ok,I am on diet right now so I prefer green vegetable as my lunch and supper.Anyway,I wanna ask some question about it.Any duration to boil it because sometime when I overboiled it the water turn green and this is bad,I know..... for its nutrien all lost.How solve this problem?

And one more question about lost weight.Anyone here know how to reduce 20 kg in 5 months time instead of work out?Any diet suggestion?

Try microwaving or steaming your vegetables to avoid all the nutrients leaking out into the water. Instead of adding your veggies to a pot full of water, just put like a 1/4 inch of water on the bottom of the pot, cover and cook.
Sorry my friend, exercise and healthy diet are the only way to go - anyone who tells you different is wrong, or trying to sell you something. Fitness isn't free, you have to put effort into it, just like anything worth anything in life.

When boiling vegetables it's best just to bring it to the boil so that it's bubbling then turn it down and just simmer for a couple of minutes.

It's best to steam them or microwave them really - this will help them retain more nutrients.

Exercise will help you to lose weight quicker than just diet alone. Even just taking a brisk walk or a bicycle ride each day will help - you don't need to do work outs at the gym if you don't want to.
